The objective of this guide is to explain the step-by-step process of performing In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) in ManufApp — starting from Sales Order creation, recording production, performing inspection, and finally approving the QC results. This ensures that only quality-checked items move forward in the production cycle.
Go to Orders → Sales Order.
Add details such as Customer, Item, Quantity, Price, and Delivery Date.
Submit the SO.
Go to Production → Production Reports.
Select the Machine, Date, Shift, and Interval.
Allocate the Sales Order created earlier.
Enter production details (Qty, Rule, etc.) and submit.
Navigate to Quality → Inspection List.
You will see the produced batch under QC Pending status.
Click on the Inspection Icon to start a quality check.
Enter inspection details (e.g., Qty checked, Tool used, Measurements, or Attach Documents).
Submit the QC results.
Status will update to QC Passed if accepted.
After inspection, open the Inspection List again.
Click the Approve icon to finalize.
The status will change to Approved, marking the batch as cleared.
✅ Now your production batch is successfully inspected and approved under IPQC.
By following these steps, users can easily track production batches, perform real-time quality inspections, and approve results within the system. This not only improves traceability and accuracy but also ensures that defective items are filtered out early, maintaining consistent product quality and reducing rework.
