This guide explains how to create a Sales Order in ManufApp — from navigating to the Sales Order module to submitting and managing the order.
Step 2: Add a New Sales Order
Click the Add New SO button to start creating a new order.
In the Type of Order dropdown menu, choose the correct category, such as Customer SO.
This identifies the nature of the order (customer, internal, etc.).
Step 4: Enter Customer Details and Add Items
Fill in:
Customer Ref No.
Issue Date
Delivery Date
Sales Area Manager
Add items with their Quantity, Price Per Unit, and Total Price.
Review the order details and item lines. Click Submit to finalize and create the sales order.
Close the Popup: Exit the confirmation window to return to the Sales Orders list.
View the Created Sales Order: Click on the new order to open its details, plan production, or schedule dispatch.
