Objective

This guide explains how to create and manage Dispatch Orders (DOs) in ManufApp using the Dispatch Scheduling screen.

Step-by-Step Process

Option A — From Dispatch Scheduling

1) Open Dispatch Scheduling

  • Navigate to Dispatch → Dispatch Scheduling from the top menu.

  • The screen opens in calendar view, showing all scheduled dispatches for the selected month.

  • Color codes indicate status:

    • Pending (yellow)

    • Partial (orange)

    • Dispatched (green)

2) Create a New Dispatch Order

  • On the Dispatch Schedule screen, click + New.

  • A Create Dispatch Order form will appear.

3) Fill Dispatch Order Details

  • Customer → Select the customer name.

  • Sales Order → Choose the linked Sales Order.

  • Delivery Date → Select a single date or a date range (depending on frequency).

  • Frequency → Define how often the dispatch should occur:

    1. One Time → Single delivery on the selected date.

    2. Daily → Dispatch repeats every day within the given date range.

    3. Weekly → Dispatch repeats weekly on the chosen weekday(s).

    4. Monthly → Dispatch repeats monthly on the same date.

4) Add Items to Dispatch Order

  • Select Item Code / Item Name from the dropdown.

  • Enter the Dispatch Quantity.

  • To add more items, click Add New Rows.

  • Add Remarks if required.

5) Submit the Dispatch Order

  • After entering all details, click Submit.

  • A confirmation popup appears with the message:
    “Dispatch DO-2025-00029 has been created!”

  • You can then choose:

    • Create New Dispatch → Start another DO.

    • View Schedule Dispatch → Go back to the calendar view.

Option B — From Sales Order (Dispatch Planning)

1) Open Sales Order

  • Navigate to Orders → Sales Orders and open the required SO.

2) Go to Dispatch Planning

  • Inside the Sales Order details screen, click Dispatch Planning (highlighted at the top).

3) Plan Dispatch

  • The system will show the items linked to the Sales Order.

  • Click Plan Dispatch to create a new Dispatch Order.

  • Fill in the dispatch details (Customer, Items, Quantity, Delivery Date, Frequency).

  • Submit the dispatch plan.

Conclusion

The Dispatch Scheduling module allows you to:

  • Plan dispatches on a calendar-based interface.

  • Create Dispatch Orders linked directly to Sales Orders.

  • Set recurring dispatch frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Track dispatch status with color-coded indicators for quick visibility.

This ensures smoother outbound logistics and better customer commitment tracking.
