How to Print Sales Order in ManufApp
To enable users to generate and print Sales Orders directly from the system in a clean, professional format—ensuring easy documentation, sharing with customers, and reference for internal teams.
Step 1: Navigate to Sales Orders
Go to:
Orders > Sales Orders
This will display the list of all existing Sales Orders.
Step 2: Open the Specific Sales Order
Click on the Sales Order number (e.g., Smart/2507/024). you want to print.
Step 3: Click on the “More” Button
Once inside the Sales Order page, go to the top-right corner and click the "More" (⋮) button.
Step 4: Select “Print SO”
From the dropdown, click Print SO. This will generate a PDF preview of the Sales Order.
Step 5: Print the Sales Order
Use the print icon (🖨️) in your browser or system toolbar to print the Sales Order.
