How to Perform IQC (Incoming Quality Check) in ManufApp
Objective
To inspect incoming materials against defined quality standards before allowing them into usable stock, ensuring only good quality materials are accepted.
Step 1: Go to Inventory → Transactions
Navigate to:
Inventory → Transactions → Inward

Here you’ll see the list of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). Look for GRNs with IQC Pending status.

🔍 Step 2: Open GRN and Click “Perform IQC”
Click the GRN number (e.g., GR25GRN-1080).
A popup will appear showing summary details like PO number, vendor, truck number, invoice, and quantity.
Click "Perform IQC".

🧪 Step 3: Fill Inspection Report
You’ll be taken to the Inspection Report screen:
For each item:
Enter IQC result: OK or Not OK
Upload inspection documents (if required)
The status will change to Accepted/Rejected based on your selection
If “Not OK” is selected, enter Rejection Reason


Step 4: Submit IQC

IQC ensures quality control at the point of material receipt, helping avoid defective inputs in production and maintaining traceability.
