Quality Check Using Weighing Scale

Quality Check Using Weighing Scale

Objective

This guide explains how to perform QC using the Quality Check screen in ManufApp when a weighing scale is connected to the system.

The system helps the operator scan a lot, fetch produced quantity, capture weight from the weighing scale, set tare/jali weight, and calculate OK and rejected quantity.

Step 1: Open Quality Check

Open the Quality Check application and select the correct Operator.

Step 2: Scan Lot

Enter or scan the Lot ID and click Fetch.

The system will automatically fetch the Produced Quantity from the lot.

Step 4: Fetch Scale Reading

Place the material on the weighing scale and click Fetch.

The Scale Reading will come directly from the weighing scale.

Step 5: Set Jali / Tare

Enter the Jali / Tare weight manually, if material is kept in a tray, jali, or container.

Click Set.

Step 6: Check OK and Rejected Qty

The system will calculate:

OK Qty = Scale Reading - Tare weight

Rejected Qty = Produced Qty − OK Qty

The rejected quantity will come automatically.

Step 7: Submit

After checking all values, click SUBMIT to save the QC result.

Notes

  • Produced quantity comes automatically after a lot of scans.

  • Scale reading comes from the weighing scale.

  • Jali / Tare can be entered manually.

  • The rejected quantity is calculated automatically.

  • Use the correct COM port for scale connection.
