Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Go to Production Board

Step 2: Select Machine / Section

Step 3: Locate the Work Order

Step 4: Open Work Order Details
Screen shows:
WO Number (e.g., WO/2509007/01)
Customer & SO
Item to Produce
Delivery Due Date
Planned Qty (e.g., 1000 pcs).
👉 Tap Enter Quantity.


Step 5: Enter Production Quantity
Enter the produced quantity.
(Optional) Add Rejections with reasons.
Tap Enter Production.

Step 6: Review & Submit

Step 7: Confirmation
The WO block updates on the Production Board.
Progress % reflects the entered quantity (e.g., 1000/1000 → 100%).
