How to Record Production in Null Case

Objective

To guide users on how to record production in Null mode in ManufApp.
In this mode, production entries are not linked to any Work Order or Sales Order. It is mainly used for trial runs, rework, or internal activities where planning and consumption mapping are not required.


Steps to Record Production in Null Case

  1. Navigate to Production → Production Reports.



      2.    Select the Machine, Date, Shift, and Interval, then click Submit.

  • This will open the Production entry form.



 

   3.  Select the Item Code / Item Name.

     Once selected, the system will auto-fetch related details (UOM, item description, etc.)
    Enter the Production Quantity (Alt UOM + Primary UOM)

     (Optional) Add remarks if needed (e.g., Trial run / Rework quantity).

Click Submit to save the entry.


Conclusion

By recording production in Null mode, the system captures production data without linking it to Work Orders or Sales Orders. This is useful for samples, testing, or internal runs where formal planning, costing, or order tracking is not required.
