How to Record Daily Production on Manufapp

How to Record Daily Production in the Manufapp System

  1. Go to Production Report:

    • Navigate to the Production Report section on the Manufapp portal.

  2. Select Machine and Date:

    • Choose the machine where the production took place (e.g., SM1).

    • Select the production date (e.g., 3rd October).

  3. Choose the Shift:

    • Pick the relevant shift (e.g., Shift A).

    • The system will automatically set the shift timings.

  4. Submit Initial Details:

    • Click Submit after entering the above information.

  5. Enter Production Details:

    • Select the item produced (e.g., WIP 136).

    • Enter the quantity produced (e.g., 100 units).

    • Based on the selected item, the system will apply the corresponding rules.

  6. Finalize the Record:

    • Click Submit to save the production entry.
