Bulk Production Entry in ManufApp

This guide explains how to use the Bulk Production screen in ManufApp to record production, rejection, downtime, and scrap entries for multiple machines from one place.


Step 1: Open Bulk Production

Go to:

Production → Bulk Production

The Bulk Production screen will open.


Step 2: Select Date and Shift

At the top of the screen, select:

Date
Choose the production date.

Shift
Select the required shift, such as:

  • Morning Shift

  • Night Shift

Once the shift is selected, the shift timing will be shown beside it.

Example:
06:00 – 13:00


Step 3: Summary Section

The top summary shows the current status of entries:

Total Production
Shows the total produced quantity entered.

Total Rejection
Shows the total rejected quantity entered.

Total Scrap
Shows the total scrap quantity entered.

Downtime
Shows total downtime entered in minutes.

Reported
Shows how many machines have production data reported.

Pending
Shows how many machines are still pending for entry.


Step 4: Enter Production Details

Open the Production & Rejection tab.

For each machine:

  1. Select the Item Code.

  2. The Item Name will appear automatically if available.

  3. Enter the Produced Quantity.

  4. The unit, such as kg or piece, will appear as per the item setup.

  5. Select the Operator, if required.

Use the + icon if you want to add another production entry for the same machine.

Use the delete icon to remove an entry.


Step 5: Add Rejection Details

If there is any rejection for a machine:

  1. Select the Rejection Reason.

  2. Enter the Rejected Quantity.

  3. The unit will appear automatically.

Use the + icon to add multiple rejection reasons for the same machine.

Example:

Machine: Mixing M/C01
Item: Red Cap
Produced Qty: 10 kg
Rejection Reason: Broken
Rejected Qty: 1 kg


Step 6: Show Cycle Time, If Required

Click Show Cycle Time from the top-right corner.

A new Cycle Time column will appear in the table.

Select the applicable cycle time for the machine and item.

Example:

MOULDING (2m 30s)
CASTING (9s)

Once cycle time is visible, the button changes to Hide Cycle Time.

Click it again to hide the cycle time column.


Step 7: Enter Downtime Details

Click the Downtime tab.

For each machine:

  1. Select the Downtime Reason.

  2. Enter the Duration in minutes.

Use the + icon to add multiple downtime entries for the same machine.

Example:

Machine: Mixing M/C01
Downtime Reason: Machine Breakdown
Duration: 2 min

The total downtime will update in the summary section.


Step 8: Enter Scrap Details

Click the Scrap tab.

For each machine:

  1. Select the Scrap Item Code.

  2. The Scrap Item Name will appear automatically if available.

  3. Enter the Scrap Quantity.

  4. The unit will appear as per the scrap item setup.

Use the + icon to add more scrap entries for the same machine.

Example:

Machine: BAND SAW M/C
Scrap Item Code: DYNFG0001_CUT
Qty: 1 piece


Step 9: Submit Bulk Production

After entering the required production, rejection, downtime, and scrap details, click Submit.

The system will save the bulk production entries for the selected date and shift.


Conclusion

Bulk Production helps users record production, rejection, downtime, and scrap for multiple machines in a single screen. It reduces manual entry effort, gives a clear shift-wise production summary, and helps the team track reported and pending machines before final submission.

Once all details are verified, click Submit to save the bulk production entry for the selected date and shift.
