How to Log a Production Entry on ManufApp

Logging a production entry on ManufApp is quick and easy. Follow these steps to ensure accurate and timely data entry:

1. Log In to ManufApp

First, open the ManufApp platform in your browser or app and enter your username and password to log in. If you're unsure of your credentials, contact your system administrator.

2. Navigate to the Production Dashboard

After logging in, locate the "Production" tab or "Dashboard" on the main navigation menu. This is where you can manage and track all production activities.

3. Select the Production Line or Work Center

Once on the production dashboard, select the relevant production line or work center. Choose the line that corresponds to the entry you are about to log, as this helps categorize the data accurately.

4. Enter the Production Details

Here, you will need to input several important details:

  • Product ID: Choose the product being produced from the dropdown or search bar.

  • Quantity: Enter the number of units produced during the specific production run.

  • Start/End Time: Record the time the production started and ended. This helps track production duration and efficiency.

5. Add Notes or Remarks (Optional)

If there are any special notes, such as machine downtime, quality checks, or issues during production, you can add them in the "Remarks" section. This provides context to the entry and helps with troubleshooting or reporting.

6. Submit the Entry

After ensuring that all the fields are correctly filled out, click on the "Submit" button to log the production entry. This will save the data and update the system.

7. Confirm the Entry

Once submitted, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, confirming that the production entry has been successfully recorded. You can now view or edit this entry if needed.
