How to Reconcile Inventory When Booked Quantity is Available
Objective:
To guide you through the process of reconciling and unbooking inventory in ManufApp, ensuring accurate stock and transaction updates.

Step 1: Go to Live Inventory
Open ManufApp and navigate to Inventory β Live Inventory.
Find the item you want to reconcile (e.g., FG-00100_FINISH).
Step 2 : Click on the Booked Quantity:
Click the Unbook button to reduce or remove the booked quantity.

Step 3 : Click on Reconcile Inventory:
In the top-right corner, click on Reconcile Inventory.
Fill Out Reconciliation Details:
In the Reconcile Inventory window:
Select the Item (e.g., FG-00100_FINISH).
Enter the Quantity, Price Per Unit, and Total Price.
Click Submit to reconcile the inventory.
Steps After Reconciliation:
Go to Transactions:
Check the Transactions tab after reconciliation.
Approve:
Click Approve on the transaction
Verify:
Ensure the inventory and transaction are updated correctly.
