How to Reconcile Inventory When Booked Quantity is Available

Objective:

To guide you through the process of reconciling and unbooking inventory in ManufApp, ensuring accurate stock and transaction updates.

Step 1: Go to Live Inventory

  • Open ManufApp and navigate to Inventory β†’ Live Inventory.

  • Find the item you want to reconcile (e.g., FG-00100_FINISH).






Step 2 : Click on the Booked Quantity:

Click the Unbook button to reduce or remove the booked quantity.

Step 3 : Click on Reconcile Inventory:

  • In the top-right corner, click on Reconcile Inventory.

Fill Out Reconciliation Details:

  • In the Reconcile Inventory window:

    • Select the Item (e.g., FG-00100_FINISH).

    • Enter the Quantity, Price Per Unit, and Total Price.

    • Click Submit to reconcile the inventory.







Steps After Reconciliation:

  1. Go to Transactions:

    • Check the Transactions tab after reconciliation.

  2. Approve:

    • Click Approve on the transaction

  3. Verify:

    • Ensure the inventory and transaction are updated correctly.
