How to download Issuance Summary from Outward Transaction

Objective

To help users track and download item-level outward movement by switching to Item View, applying relevant filters, and exporting accurate transaction data for analysis and reporting.

Step 1: Go to Outward Transactions

Navigate to:
Inventory → Transactions → Outward

Step 2: Enable Item View

  • Turn Item View ON (top right)

This switches the screen from Material Issue Note to item-level view

Step 3: Select the Item

  • In Item Details filter, search and select the item
    Example: 678778DE

 Now the table shows all outward movements for that specific item

Step 4: Analyze Movement

Now you can see:

  • Quantity issued

  • Material Issue Note (SHP No.)

  • Sales Order link

  • Requested by

  • Partner

  • Status (Shortage, Approved, etc.)

 This is your complete outward movement history for that item

Step 6: Download

  • Click Download icon

  • Select filters (status + period)

  • Click Export

Step 7: Download File from Notifications

Go to notifications and download the file once the export request is finished.

Conclusion

Using Item View in Outward transactions allows users to easily understand where and how an item has been issued across orders. By applying filters and exporting the data, users can generate a clear movement history for better tracking, decision-making, and record-keeping.
