How to Configure Sampling Levels in ManufApp
Objective
To configure sampling levels for quality inspections in ManufApp by assigning sampling quantities against predefined batch ranges. This ensures consistent quality checks without inspecting every single unit.
β
Steps
Step 1 β Navigate to Quality Section

Step 2 β Define Sampling Quantities
On the Sampling Levels page, you will see Batch Min and Batch Max ranges.
β οΈ Note: These ranges are predefined by the system and cannot be changed.
For each range, enter the Sampling Quantity (how many units should be inspected).

Step 3 β Assign to Item Groups

Step 4 β Submit Sampling Levels

Conclusion
Sampling levels in ManufApp help maintain a balance between efficiency and quality by checking only a portion of each batch. With Batch Min / Batch Max ranges fixed by the system, users only need to define the Sampling Quantities, ensuring inspections are systematic and scalable.
