This guide explains how to use the Work Centre screen in ManufApp to:
Select the required machine or work centre
View production jobs linked with a Sales Order or Work Order
Identify the item currently selected for production
Check input material issued and material required
View production entries already recorded against the selected job
The Work Centre screen provides shopfloor-level visibility for production execution. Once a machine is selected, users can view the jobs planned for that machine and check the related material and production details from one screen.
The same process applies whether the job is created against a:
Sales Order
Work Order
Go to:
Production → Work Centre
The Work Centre screen opens with the machine selection option and job details.
At the top-left side of the screen, select the required machine from the dropdown.
Jindal Paper Cutting Machine
After selecting the machine, the system displays the production jobs available for that machine in the left panel.
The left panel shows the jobs assigned to the selected machine.
Depending on the production process, the job may be linked with a Sales Order or a Work Order.
Selected Sales Order:
SOL Fa/2604/003
Items visible under the selected order:
PFDC00002, this means that 11 kilograms have been produced against the required quantity of 700 kilograms.
A single Sales Order or Work Order may contain more than one item for production.
Click the required item from the left panel to view its related details on the right side.
When PFDC00002 is selected, the right-side tabs display information related to this item, such as:
Input material issued for producing PFDC00002
Material still required to complete its production
Production entries already recorded for PFDC00002
The selected item card is highlighted, helping the user confirm which item details are currently being viewed.
The status filters at the top of the left panel help users find jobs based on their production progress.
A job showing 11 / 700 kilogram is still incomplete and can be tracked under the relevant incomplete job status.
After selecting the required Sales Order / Work Order item, open the Input Materials tab.
This tab shows the raw material or input material required to complete production for the selected item.
The upper table displays input material already issued for the selected production job.
This means that 992 kilograms of the input material were issued, and 980 kilograms are still available for further production use.
The lower table displays the material requirement for completing the currently selected Sales Order / Work Order item.
This allows the user to check whether sufficient material has already been issued to complete the selected job.
Open the Production tab.
This tab displays production entries already recorded against the selected Sales Order / Work Order item.
For the selected item PFDC00002, the following production entries are visible:
At the bottom of the Production table, the system displays the total quantity produced.

This means 11 kilograms have been completed out of the total required quantity of 700 kilograms.
Select the correct machine before checking production job details.
Select the correct Sales Order / Work Order and item before reviewing materials or production entries.
The quantity shown on the item card represents Produced Quantity / Required Quantity.
The Input Materials tab helps verify whether material is available for continuing production.
The Production tab shows the recorded production quantity, lot details, operator and inspection status.
The same screen flow can be followed for jobs linked with either a Sales Order or a Work Order.
The Work Centre screen allows users to track machine-level production activity in one place. Users can select a production job linked with a Sales Order or Work Order, check the required and issued input materials, and review production entries already recorded for the selected item. This provides clear visibility of production progress before any further shopfloor action is performed.
