How to Create an Item Group (Item Type = Kit)

To create a new Item Group in ManufApp with the Item Type = Kit, so that multiple items can be bundled together as a kit for production, inventory, or dispatch purposes.
π Steps
Navigate to Masters β Items
From the top menu, go to Masters.
Click on Items.
Open Item Group Page
On the Item Group screen, you will see the list of existing Item Groups.
Click the β+ NEWβ button on the top-right corner to create a new group.
Fill Item Group Details
Title β Enter the name of the kit (e.g., iPhone Box).
Item Type β Select Kit from the dropdown.
Unit β Choose the measuring unit (e.g., pieces etc.).
(Optional) Add Attributes
Click Add Attribute if you want to define specific properties (e.g., Color, Size, Material).
You can also enable:
Mandatory Expiry Date if the kit has a shelf life.
Set Nomenclature if you want auto-coding for items.
Submit the Item Group
After filling in the details, click Submit.
The new Item Group will now be available in the system for item creation.
