What is QC Range (Min–Max) in ManufApp?

A QC Range defines the acceptable minimum and maximum values for any quality parameter (e.g., weight, thickness, temperature) during inspections.
This ensures that only items falling within the defined tolerance range are marked as OK.

In ManufApp, QC parameters can be made even more flexible by linking them with Item Tags, allowing different control limits for the same parameter based on the item type or material group.

  • Parameter Name: e.g., Weight in kg

  • Min Value: e.g., 30

  • Max Value: e.g., 50

  • Item Tag: e.g., RM Metal Sheets

  • Unit: kg, mm, °C, etc.
