Objective

To quickly define and apply cycle-time rules for multiple items within a Sales Order in a single operation. The Bulk Set Process allows planners to assign machine groups, process steps, and expected cycle times without updating each item individually, ensuring consistent production planning data across the entire order.

  1. Go to Orders → Sales Orders.

  2. The Sales Orders list will appear, showing all open, fulfilled, and unfulfilled orders.

Step 4. Set Bulk Cycle-Time Rules

  1. A pop-up titled Set Bulk Cycle Time Rules will appear.

  2. For each item row, fill the following fields:

    • Machine Group

    • Item Group Tag

    • Process

    • Seconds (cycle time per item)

  3. These values define the expected time per cycle for production planning.

  4. After entering all required rows, click Submit.
