How Automatic Booking Works Based on Production Against SO/WOD

Objective:

The objective of this guide is to demonstrate how automatic booking works in ManufApp based on production data recorded in Production Reports. The steps outline how to input production details, submit them, and ensure the Booked Quantity is updated accordingly against Sales Orders (SO) or Work Orders (WOD).

Step 1: Check Sales Orders

  1. Go to Sales Orders in ManufApp.

  2. Find the relevant Sales Order (e.g., Smart / 2509/012).






Step 2:Navigate to Production Reports:

  • Go to Production → Production Reports.



Select Machine, Date, and Shift:

  • Choose the relevant Machine, Date, and Shift for the production data.

  • Click Submit to proceed.




Fill Item Details:

  • Enter the Item Details (e.g., Quantity Produced, Wastage, etc.).

  • Click Submit to record the production.




Step 3:Check Updated Booked Quantity:

  • After submitting the production report, go back to the Sales Order or Work Order page.

  • Verify that the Booked Quantity has been automatically updated based on the production data
