Configuring CTQ Parameters on Stickers
This feature lets you decide which inspection (CTQ) parameters should appear on your barcode sticker and in what order. It’s useful when an item has many parameters, but only a few need to be shown to the operator or customer.
1. Open Sticker Templates
Go to Masters → Sticker Templates.

Pick an existing template or click New.
Select the Sticker Template (Machine, Lot Production, Outward, etc.).
Need to select a Machine Ex. Verticle
Choose the Customer if required.

2. Go to the CTQ Params Tab
Inside the template popup, you’ll see:
Default
ZPL Code
CTQ Params
Select CTQ Params to start customizing the quality sticker.

3. Select the CTQ Parameters
In the CTQ Parameters box, choose the parameters you want to display on the sticker.
You can pick any number of parameters from the list linked to the item.
Only the selected parameters will appear on the printed sticker.
Example:
An item has 15 parameters, but you select only:
Runner inside Coil
Cylinder Thickness
Cylinder OD
Note : Type the parameters in the order you want them to appear. The same order will be used when printing the barcode.
4. Preview the Sticker
On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a live preview:
This helps you verify the layout before saving.
6. Save the Template
Your CTQ selections and order will now be applied for all future barcode/sticker printouts using this template.
Good to Know
You can modify the CTQ list anytime.
CTQ settings are saved per template, so different machines, customers, or processes can have different CTQ stickers.
If no CTQ parameters are selected, the sticker prints without CTQ details.
