Sales Pricing Configuration Guide

This guide will help you set customer-wise item pricing in ManufApp so Sales Orders automatically pick the correct price, MOQ, and pricing structure.

This improves sales accuracy, standardizes customer pricing, and reduces manual pricing errors.


Objective

Set customer-specific sales pricing for items, along with currency, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), and Lead Time.

This helps in:

Accurate Sales Orders
Customer-wise pricing control
Better order planning
Reduced pricing mistakes


Step 1: Set Customer Currency

Go to:

Masters → Customers

Open the customer and select Partner Currency

Example:

INR / USD / AED

Click Submit


Step 2: Open Sales Pricing

Go to:

Masters → Costing → Sales Pricing


Step 3: Add New Pricing

Click + New

Select:
Customer
Item Code

Enter:

Price per Unit

Customer sales rate

Example:

$5 / piece


MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Minimum quantity that should be sold to that customer

Example:

3 pieces


Lead Time

Expected order fulfillment timeline

Example:

10 Days


Step 4: Save Pricing

Click Create Costing


Step 5: Use in Sales Order

Go to:

Orders → Sales Order → Add New SO

Select:
Customer
Item Code

The system auto-fills:
Price per Unit
Currency
MOQ

Enter required Quantity

Total Price is automatically calculated based on:
Quantity × Price per Unit


Conclusion

Customer Master → Currency → Costing → Sales Pricing

Once configured, customer-wise pricing automatically reflects in Sales Orders, reducing manual effort, improving pricing consistency, and ensuring faster order creation.
