How to Deactivate a Custom Production Form

To guide users on how to deactivate a Custom Production Form in ManufApp when it is no longer required, ensuring that only relevant and active forms are available for use in production workflows.
🛠 Steps
Navigate to Production Forms
From the top menu, go to: Masters → Production Forms.
Locate the Form
In the Custom Forms list, find the form you want to deactivate.
Select Deactivate Action
On the right side under Actions, click the Deactivate icon (trash/bin icon).
Confirm Deactivation
A pop-up will appear asking: “Are you sure you want to deactivate [Form Name]?”
Click Deactivate to confirm.
Success Message
The system will display a confirmation: ✅ “Custom Form deactivated successfully”.
