How to Create a Custom Form in ManufApp
Objective
To create and configure a custom form in ManufApp for capturing specific business inputs like weights, reasons, or tags—grouped by items, tags, or operational reasons.
Step 1: Navigate to Custom Forms
Go to:
Masters > Production Forms

Step 2: Click “+ NEW”
Click the + NEW button on the top-right to start creating a new form.

Step 3: Fill the Form Title and Group By
Enter a Title for your form (e.g., Customer_Form-1)
Choose Group By from the dropdown (e.g., Item Tags, Item, Scraps, etc.)

Step 4: Add Labels and Field Types
Enter a Label name (e.g., Net weight gross)
Choose the appropriate Type (e.g., Text, Dropdown, Number, etc.)
🔹 Note: You can only set the Type after entering the Label.

Step 5: Add More Fields (Optional)
Click the ➕ icon to add more fields (Label + Type). You can add multiple fields before submitting.

Step 6: Submit
Once all fields are added, click Submit to save the form.
