How to Create Reports in ManufApp

🎯 Objective

To guide users step by step in creating and scheduling Periodic Reports (time-based) and Exception Reports (condition-based). These reports automate data sharing for Production, Quality, Inventory, and Machine performance, improving visibility and decision-making.

🛠 Steps to Create a Report

Step 1: Navigate to Reports

  • From the top menu, go to: Masters → Reports

  • The Reports page opens showing existing reports.

Step 2: Add a New Report

  • Resource → Choose machine, line, or department.

  • Scheduled Notification → Pick time (8 AM / 12 PM / 6 PM / 12 AM).

  • Email → Enter recipient email(s).

📌 Example: If Itemwise Rejection Alert is set for Assembly Line with Evening (6 PM) → report is emailed at 6 PM if condition is met.

Step 5: Add Recipients

Step 6: Submit

  • Review all details.

  • Click Submit.

  • The report will now appear in the Reports List under Periodic or Exception tabs.
