How to Create a Line
🎯 Objective
To guide users on how to create a Production Line in ManufApp by linking machines in sequence. This helps in defining shop-floor workflows.
📝 Steps to Create a Line
Step 1: Navigate to Machines
Go to: Masters → Machines
Step 2: Open the Lines Tab
Inside Machines, click on Lines.
Step 3: Add a New Line
Click the + NEW button (top-right).
Step 4: Enter Line Details
In the Line Name field, type a suitable name (e.g., Milling Line-1).
Step 5: Link Child Machines
In the Sequence No. 1, select the machine to link (e.g., Milling).
If you want to add more machines in sequence, click Add New Rows.
Step 6: Save the Line
Click Submit to create the Line.
The new line will now appear in the list under Lines, with its child machines linked.
✅ Now your line is successfully created and ready for use in production workflows.
