Bulk BOM Download – Step-by-Step Guide
Objective
To help users download the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for all items in one go. This ensures quick data review, bulk updates, and faster troubleshooting without opening each item individually inside ManufApp.
Steps
Step 1: Go to Masters
From the top menu, open:
Masters → Items
Step 3: Open the Items List
You will land on the Items page, where all RM, WIP, and FG items are listed.
Step 3: Click the “Download CSV” Button
On the top-right of the screen, you’ll see:
📄 Download CSV
Click it.
Step 4: File Downloads to Your System
ManufApp generates a CSV containing all BOM rows:
Parent Item
Child Item Code
Child Item Name
Type
Qty
Unit
Designator
Conclusion
Bulk BOM download lets you extract the full manufacturing structure with one click. It saves time, avoids manual navigation through individual items, and gives your team a clean, ready-to-edit Excel file for audits, planning, or upload corrections.
