What is the Expected Production feature in ManufApp, and why is it useful?
The Expected Production feature helps you estimate how many units of a specific Finished Good (FG) can be produced based on current raw material (RM) availability across your warehouses. It works by analyzing your live RM inventory and comparing it with the Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements for the selected FG.
This tool is particularly useful for:
Production Planners to identify bottlenecks before scheduling jobs
Procurement Teams to spot shortages and trigger replenishment
Inventory Controllers to assess utilization of available stock
It ensures better decision-making by showing the limiting material that caps your production capacity, giving you a real-time, data-backed production feasibility check.
