How to Upload HSN & GST Details via CSV in ManufApp

Objective

To bulk upload HSN Codes and GST Rates for items in ManufApp using the CSV upload feature, ensuring accuracy and saving time compared to manual entry.

Steps

Step 1 – Navigate to Item Groups

  • Path: Masters  → Items.



  • Select the required Item Group (e.g., Mobile-case).

  • Click the Upload CSV icon.




Step 2 – Download Sample CSV

  • On the upload page, click Download Sample CSV.

  • A sample file opens with column headers like:

    • Units

    • CaseCover

    • GST Rate

    • HSN Code

  • Fill this file with your item details.



Step 3 – Upload Completed CSV

  • Click Upload File and select your updated CSV.

  • The file name will appear once uploaded.

  • Click Submit File to complete the process.
