How to Create a Customer on Manufapp

How to Create a Customer in the Manufapp System

  1. Access Customer Master:

    • In the Master section of the Manufapp portal, click on Customer.

    • You will see a list of already created customers.

  2. Start Creating a New Customer:

    • Click on New located on the right side of the screen.

  3. Enter Customer Details:

    • Customer Name: For example, SK Electrical (this field is mandatory).

    • Partner Code: This will be auto-generated by the system.

    • Email Address: Enter the customer's valid email.

    • Sales Manager: Select the appropriate sales manager for this customer.

    • Customer Address: Enter the address details.

  4. Specify Location:

    • Select the Country and State.

    • Based on the selected state, a new field will appear to define the City name.

  5. Warehouse Linking:

    • Choose an existing Warehouse to link with the customer.

    • Alternatively, check the box to create a new warehouse linked to this customer.

  6. Complete the Form:

    • Apart from the customer name, other fields are optional and can be filled if the information is available.

    • Once all required details are entered, click on Submit.

  7. Customer Creation Complete:

    • The customer will now be successfully created and added to the system.
