How to Add Invoice and Shipping Addresses for a Customer in ManufApp

Objective

To guide users on how to accurately add Invoice and Shipping addresses while creating a new customer profile in ManufApp, ensuring proper documentation and dispatch mapping.


🛠️ Steps to Add Invoice & Shipping Addresses


1. Navigate to Customers Section

Go to:
Masters  > Customers


2. Create New Customer

Click the + NEW button at the top right to start creating a new customer.



3. Enter Customer Details

Fill in the required fields:

  • Name

  • Partner Code

  • Type (Customer)

  • Sales Manager

  • Mobile

  • Email

  • GSTIN

  • Linked Warehouse


4. Add Invoice Address

  • Click on + Add New under the Invoice Address section

  • Enter:

    • Address Line 1 (e.g., Bhiwani)

    • Country, State, and City

    • Pin Code

  • Click Save Address




5. Add Shipping Address

  • Click on + Add New under the Shipping Address section

  • Enter:

    • Location Name

    • Address Line 1, Country, State, City, and Pin Code

  • (Optional) Check Same as Invoice Address if applicable

  • Click Save Address


6. Submit and Confirm

  • After entering all information, click Submit

  • Your new customer along with their address details will now appear in the Customers List
