How to Give Employee Access in ManufApp

 Objective

To configure access rights for employees across various modules (Masters, Store, Production, Planning) so they can perform their tasks efficiently without accessing unrelated sections.

Steps to Give Employee Access

1. Go to Employee Access Settings

  • Navigate to: Masters > Employees & Access.



Step 2: Select the Employee


  • You'll see a table of all existing employees with their name, role, department, and contact details.







3. Edit Employee to Assign Access

  • Click on the employee’s name (e.g., Priya) from the list to open their profile.

4. Fill Employee Details

  • In the Employee Details tab, verify or fill in:

    • Name, Email, Mobile

    • Department, Role

    • Site(s), Landing Page

5. Configure Module Access

  • Masters Access
    Select which master modules the employee can access — e.g., Machines, Tools, Quality.

  • Store Access
    Grant access to inventory-related actions like Requests, Approvals, Dispatch, Inventory View, etc.



  • Production Access
    Assign access to production dashboards, reports, work centres, and trackers. You can even restrict actions like Rejection or Scrap.



  • Planning Access
    Provide rights for managing Sales Orders, Vendors, POs, Scheduling, and Jobwork.



6. Save Changes

  • Click Submit on each tab after assigning access to ensure the settings are saved.


 Conclusion

This process ensures that each employee in ManufApp has the right level of access — improving control, reducing errors, and supporting role-specific responsibilities.
