How to Create Cycle Time Rules in ManufApp
Step 1: Go to the Cycle Time Rules Section
Navigate to the top menu:
Masters → Production → Cycle Time Rules
.
Step 2: View Existing Rules or Add New
You will see a list of existing rules.
To add a new one, click the “+ NEW” button on the top right.
Step 3: Enter Cycle Time Details
Fill in the following fields:
Machine Group – Where the process happens (e.g., Binding Section)
Item Group Tag – The group of items this rule applies to (e.g., WIP 2 Group)
Process – The operation name (e.g., Finishing)
Seconds – Time taken per unit (e.g., 5)
Optional: Select a specific machine if required.
Step 4: Submit
Click the “Submit” button to save the rule.
