How to check Expected Production in ManufApp

 Objective

To calculate how much of a finished good (FG) can be produced based on current raw material (RM) inventory available across warehouses.


 Steps:

Step 1: Go to Expected Production

  • Navigate to:
    Orders > Expected Production



Step 2: Select FG Item and Warehouse

  • Choose the Finished Good (FG) item from the dropdown.

  • Select a specific warehouse or "All Warehouses".

  • Click Submit.



Step 3: View Calculation

  • System will show:

    • Live inventory for each RM in the BOM.

    • BOM requirement per unit.

    • Maximum Possible Production (based on limiting material).

Step 4: Download CSV

  • Click the Download CSV icon 📥 (top right corner of the screen) to export the expected production details.




 

 Conclusion

The Expected Production tool helps you quickly assess production feasibility using current inventory. You can also export the data for offline analysis or sharing with planning or procurement teams.
