🆕 Feature Release: Sales Order Dashboard

1. Overview

The new Sales Order Dashboard provides a centralized, real-time view of all sales order activities in ManufApp.
It eliminates the need to pull reports from multiple modules and gives teams instant access to KPIs, fulfillment status, delay analysis, and revenue trends—all in one place.

Availability: This dashboard must be enabled at the company level to appear for users.


2. Problem Statement

Before this release, users faced challenges due to:

  • No single screen to track order performance and fulfillment.

  • Manual compilation of data from multiple sources.

  • Difficulty in monitoring critical KPIs like shipment delays and on-time delivery.

  • Limited visibility into top customers, high-value items, and customer-specific delays.

This impacted decision-making speed and accuracy.

3.1 Quick SO Insights

At-a-glance metrics:

  • Order Fulfillment Rate (% fulfilled vs total orders)

  • Ready to Ship – Orders and items ready for dispatch

  • Average Delay – In days, across all orders

  • On-Time Delivery % – Percentage of orders shipped as promised

  • Total & Average Revenue – Based on shipped quantity


3.2 Status-wise Order Summary

A clear breakdown of orders by:

  • Total – All SOs in the selected range

  • Open – Pending fulfillment

  • Fulfilled – Fully shipped and closed

  • Short Closed – Closed before full fulfillment


3.3 Interactive Filters

  • Delivery Range: This Month, Last Month, Last 3M, Last 6M, Last 12M

  • Customer: Default = All, or select a specific customer for focused view


3.4 KPI Graphs & Drill-down Analysis

  • Top Items (Ordered vs Shipped)

  • Customer-wise (Ordered vs Shipped)

  • Top High-Value Items

  • Top Customers by Revenue & Order Volume

  • Customer-wise Delay Analysis
